Sienna Rose Diana Miller was born in New York City, but was raised in London, United Kingdom. American-born Edwin "Ed" Miller is her father. He is an investment banker, as well as a dealer of Modern Chinese paintings. Josephine "Jo", her mother, was a South African model and personal assistant to David Bowie.
